Who we are
Urban Wild is an independent sustainable boutique at 161 Central Road, Worcester Park, KT4 8DT, operated by Urban Wild Trading Ltd (company number 15942334). We're responsible for the personal information you share with us in store and at weareurbanwild.co.uk. If you have any questions, email hello@weareurbanwild.co.uk.

What we collect
When you shop with us online or in store, we collect the details needed to process your order: your name, email address, phone number, billing and delivery address, and what you bought. Payment details are handled securely by our payment providers and we never see or store your full card number. When you browse our website, we also collect information about your device and how you use the site, through cookies and similar technologies.

How we use it
We use your information to process and deliver your orders, send receipts, handle returns and answer your questions. If you choose to join our mailing list, we'll send you news, offers and stories from our makers. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. We also use browsing information to understand how our website is used, to improve it, and to measure how well our social media advertising works.

Why we're allowed to
We process your information to fulfil our contract with you when you buy something, because of our legitimate interest in running and improving our business, to meet our legal obligations, and with your consent for marketing emails and non-essential cookies.

Who we share it with
We only share your information with trusted services that help us run the shop: Shopify (our website and tills), Klaviyo (our emails), our payment providers, Royal Mail for deliveries, and Meta (Facebook and Instagram), which helps us measure and improve our advertising. Some of these providers may store information outside the UK, with appropriate safeguards in place. We never sell your information.

Cookies
Our website uses cookies that are needed for it to work, such as remembering your basket, and optional cookies for analytics and advertising, which are only used with your permission. You can change your choices at any time through our cookie banner or your browser settings.

How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as we need them for accounting and legal reasons, and marketing details until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.

Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or object to how we use it. Just email hello@weareurbanwild.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can also contact the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
