Returns

At Urban Wild, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we hope you'll absolutely love your items. We actually believe you'll get lots of comments on how good they look on you, and we hope you'll be kind enough to shout about us.

If you're not happy with your purchase, you can return it to us for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as it hasn't been worn except to try on. For hygiene reasons, underwear and earrings for pierced ears can't be returned once unsealed or removed from their packaging, unless they're faulty.

We recommend a recorded delivery service, as we can only refund items once they've reached us. We'll process your refund as soon as possible, and it should appear on your original payment method within 7 to 10 days.

If an item arrives faulty or damaged, please get in touch and we'll put it right. This doesn't affect your legal rights.
