Terms of Service

1. About us
This website, weareurbanwild.co.uk, is run by Urban Wild Trading Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15942334), trading as Urban Wild from 161 Central Road, Worcester Park, KT4 8DT. You can contact us at hello@weareurbanwild.co.uk or on 07595 660647. These terms apply when you use our website or buy from us online.

2. Our products
We work hard to show our products accurately, but colours can look slightly different depending on your screen. Many of our pieces are handmade, so small variations are part of their charm rather than a fault. All products are subject to availability.

3. Prices
All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT. Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay. If we've made an obvious pricing mistake, we'll let you know and give you the choice to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

4. Your order
When you place an order, you'll receive an email confirming we've received it. Our contract with you begins when we email to confirm your order has been dispatched or is ready to collect. We may occasionally be unable to accept an order, for example if an item has sold out in store, in which case we'll let you know and refund you in full.

5. Delivery and collection
Delivery options, costs and timings are set out on our Delivery page. You can also choose free Click & Collect from our Worcester Park shop. Once your order has been delivered or collected, it becomes your responsibility.

6. Changing your mind
You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, but we're happy to go further: you can return items within 30 days of receiving them for a full refund, as long as they're unworn and in their original condition. For hygiene reasons, underwear and earrings for pierced ears can't be returned once unsealed or removed from their packaging, unless they're faulty. Please email us before sending anything back, and return items to the address above. Unless the item is faulty, return postage is your responsibility, and we recommend a tracked service. Refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the item. Full details are on our Returns page.

7. Faulty items
If something arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by these terms, and we'll always put things right, whether through a repair, replacement or refund.

8. Our responsibility to you
We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to take reasonable care. We're not responsible for losses that weren't foreseeable, or for any business losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

9. Your information
We look after your personal information as explained in our Privacy Policy.

10. Our content
The text, photographs and designs on this website belong to Urban Wild or the brands we work with, and can't be copied or used without permission.

11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on our website when you place your order is the one that applies.

12. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
